By accessing or using WorkQuay ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.

3. For Workers

Account creation is free. You agree to provide truthful information about your skills, experience, and qualifications. Misrepresentation may result in account termination.

4. For Companies

Companies must provide verified business information, including a corporate email address and official website. Job listings must include accurate pay ranges and descriptions. The fee for posting a job is $20 USDT (standard) or $50 USDT (featured).

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post fake, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without consent

6. Payments

All payments are processed in USDT cryptocurrency. WorkQuay is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

WorkQuay acts as a marketplace connecting workers and companies. We do not guarantee employment, payment from companies, or the quality of workers. Use the Platform at your own risk.
